The Nationals saw their four-game win streak brought to an abrupt halt last night, as Texas won easily, 7-1.
Behind starter Trevor Williams, I expect the Nats to bounce back. Williams is 2-0 with a 2.70 ERA after five starts this season, and he's allowed just one earned run in three of his last four starts. He allowing an average of 4.0 hits per start, and still hasn't given up a home run.
I like the price on him, especially opposing Andrew Heaney.
Heaney comes into tonight 0-3 with a 6.26 ERA and now faces a lineup featuring hitters he's struggled with during his career. Current Nationals have been a struggle for Heaney, going a combined 8 for 19, including seven extra basehits.
