With Anthony Davis back on the floor expect the Lakers to enjoy a little updraft, as his return yielded a 106-96 win the other night in Brooklyn against the Nets.
I will take them as the small underdog in Philadelphia tonight, as the 76ers have only gone 11-10 straight up at home this season, and are a money-losing 8-13 against the spread at home this year.
The Sixers did sweep the Lakers in a pair of meetings last year, but this time around I will side with Los Angeles to give their fans a little something to believe in tonight against a Philly team that just has not played their best basketball when in front of their home crowd.
Back Los Angeles in this one.
