Could not sweep the weekend. Friday it was a 50 Dime NBA winner on the Warriors covering at the Thunder. Saturday a 75 Dime college winner on Auburn blasting Indiana in hoops. Yesterday I dropped my 2nd Ever NFL 150 Dime release as the Texans were a no-show in the rain at the New York Jets.

Who is Anson Munson?

I was born in the Bronx. Life-long Yankees fan. Played my first parlay ticket (you know the type, 4 teams for a $1) when I was in 10th grade. Placed my 1st quarter ($25) on a game (f&%king Jets), and lost when I was 18 through one of my Dad's friends, who was a bookie. 


Learned a valuable lesson when I lost that hard-earned $25:


Don't bet with your heart.


I've spent 20 years as a handicapper. Wrote for various tipsheets and online services. Ran my own sports service. Never had my plays exclusively available at one company's site like this, and appreciate the opportunity. 


The reality is this: What I've done is the past means nothing. If I don't turn a profit for you on the day you buy a pick, or for the time period you buy a package, you don't give a damn what I did in 2013 or 2022. It's total bullsh&t. 



Now that the first in-season tournament has been placed in the record books with the Lakers earning the inaugural win over the Pacers in Las Vegas on Saturday night the nice little break every other team was afforded should have those that feel they are playoff contenders refreshed and refocused, and I believe that will be the case for the New York Knicks who will come out tonight at home and take care of business against the Raptors.

Toronto had been on a 6-2 straight-up run over the last 8 series meetings against New York, but the Knickerbockers changed the narrative with a 119-106 road win on December 1st.

That loss started the Raptors' current 3-game straight up and against the spread slide they will take to Madison Square Garden tonight. Toronto has dropped 7 of 10 overall this season on the road.

New York is back home after 3 in a row on the road, and after that win and cover at Toronto, the Knicks came up short in road losses against Milwaukee and Boston - 2 of the better teams in the conference by the way.

The Knicks have gone 6-3 straight up this season at home and tonight is the perfect night for them to win at home before they hit the road for games in Utah, Phoenix, the Clippers, the Lakers, and Brooklyn before getting back to their home floor.

Go ahead and lay the home wood with New York.
